NCM-169 hydraulic double punching machine is used for one-step punching and forming of various holes in steel and stainless steel door frames, as well as front and rear door panels of door leafs, including lock holes/hinge holes/installation holes/ bending notches, etc. Compared to using two separate punching machines, this double-head punching machine offers lower cost and occupies less floor space. It can operate in dual stations simultaneously, achieving high production efficiency. With a maximum output force of 150kn in its main hydraulic cylinder, it can work independently. Moreover, it utilizes a PLC control system to achieve integrated punching, effectively reducing labor costs.
