NCM-168 multifunctional hydraulic punching machine is used for one-step punching of various holes such as lock holes, hinge holes, installation holes, and bending notches on the steel and stainless steel door frames and the front and back door panels of door leaves. This punching machine has an independent bed and independent hydraulic cylinder structure, with a maximum output force of the main hydraulic cylinder of 150kN, and can complete the production of various holes and bending notches as needed, achieving integrated punching and significantly reducing labor costs.

2. Machine Frame
  The bed adopts an independent structure of punching frame, connected to the machine base through a screw guide, allowing for adjustable spacing as needed. (When equipped with a servo motor, it can achieve CNC precision adjustment of the spacing.)
  The punching frame is fixed using screws, making the operation simple and preventing slippage.
2. Punching Device
  1. Hydraulic punching offers strong force and no- burr surface.
  2. All hydraulic components are imported or from first-class domestic brands.
  3. The independent workstation utilizes independent hydraulic cylinder structures, allowing each station to be individually controlled and enabling customized stamping combinations as needed. Additionally, the use of independent cylinders ensures that the malfunction of one cylinder will not affect the operation of other stations.
2. Punching Die
  1. The punching tools are all made of Cr12Mov material, which is processed by wire cutting after quenching.
  2. The punching tools are easy to disassemble and assemble, making it convenient for subsequent tool changes as needed.
2. Electrical Control System
  PLC system allows for the self-setting of punching station
